Commercial Construction

Weaver Master Builders, begun in 1989, has grown over the years into not only a custom home builder, but as a commercial general contractor as well.  Over the last few years,  Weaver Master Builders has acted on many commercial projects in a turn-key fashion.  With in-house construction management, architectural and site engineering capacities, any project is within our capabilities.

Most recently, we have broke ground on our second ESB Branch Bank, located in Zelienople, Pa. with construction set to finish in the Fall of 2010.

BelleVue Commons, a 15,000 SF neighborhood retail center, will be located within the Belle Vue Park TND-PRD in Cranberry Township, Pa. Both projects have been developed by Weaver Master Builders. BelleVue Commons will offer neighborhood commercial uses such as a fitness center, bakery, pharmacy and other similar uses.

BelleVue Commons

BelleVue Commons was designed and permitted by Weaver Master Builders staff. The project will involve the extension of all utilities, modifications to Graham Park Drive to be boulevard style street and the adjacent storm water facilities.

Groundbreaking for the project is set to commence in late May 2010, with the first occupancy scheduled for the fall of 2010. Tenant spaces have been designed to be variable from 1,000 to 5,000 SF. Particular attention has been paid to the architecture of the Commons to be in keeping with Cranberry Township’s Traditinal Neighborhood Development ordinances, by our in house architect.

ESB Bank

Begun in 2007, Weaver Master Builders acted as the design build contractor for the new ESB Bank, Butler branch office. Weaver Master Builders managed the project from the ground up.  Services provided during the project included the environmental, ecological and site engineering and permitting, construction managment, traffic signal installation and project managment.  The project has been a great success to the both ESB Bank and Weaver Master Builders.  Most recently,  the installation of the new traffic signal at the site entrance has been completed.
